The Phone is ringing and I almost trip over a chair to answer it.   My cheery “hello” is a bit forced due to a stubbed toe and my hair is still wet from the shower.   My patience is wearing thin, when a voice on the phone responds with, “who is this?”   That’s it!   Click!
